Time to Change – campaign to end stigma and discrimination experienced by people with mental health difficulties

Young Minds – Young Minds is a UK charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

Positive Mental Health Training  is a self help programme for stress, depression, anxiety, building confidence, coping and wellbeing.  It can build resilience and decrease burnout and is also used for sleep problems, chronic pain, migraine.   It is a series of audio and video material.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)
CALM is about supporting men, particularly those aged 15-35. It’s about giving you a break, a way of getting things off your chest and sorting your head out.

Rethink
Rethink is a national mental health charity that provide information, services and a strong voice for everyone affected by mental health. Helpline provides practical advice and information about issues such as therapies and medication, money issues and your rights under the mental health act.
